Japanese Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 medium white cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Steps to Make It

  • Remove the first leaves of cabbage and grated very finely.
  • cabbage in a container of cold salted water for 20 minutes.
  • Drain the cabbage and rinse under cold water.
  • Drain it by squeezing with your hands and put it back in a clean salad bowl.
  • Mix with the sauce made with soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar and sesame oil.
  • Serve decorated with a few slices of cucumber and slices of carrots.
