Japanese Salad

Ingredients
- 1 medium white cabbage
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 4 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Steps to Make It
- Remove the first leaves of cabbage and grated very finely.
- cabbage in a container of cold salted water for 20 minutes.
- Drain the cabbage and rinse under cold water.
- Drain it by squeezing with your hands and put it back in a clean salad bowl.
- Mix with the sauce made with soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar and sesame oil.
- Serve decorated with a few slices of cucumber and slices of carrots.
